William “Billy” Fletcher Harvey, IV Monday, February 19, 2001 - Sunday, July 9, 2017

Cumberland, MD – William “Billy” Fletcher Harvey, IV, 16, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born February 18, 2001, in Morgantown, WV, Billy was the son of William “Bill” Fletcher Harvey, III, and Michelle Evelena (Glanville) Harvey, Cumberland, MD.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Steven D. Glanville.
Billy was a current student at Fort Hill High School entering into his Junior year this fall.  He was a football buddy and enjoyed playing Bocce Ball.  Billy enjoyed watching “The Wiggles.”  He loved swimming in his pool, riding the school bus, ketchup, and chocolate milk.  Billy also enjoyed tractor rides with his grandma, Gail.
Besides his parents, Billy is survived by his twin sister: Haley Harvey; and his brother: Jameson Harvey, both of Cumberland, MD.  He also leaves behind his paternal grandparents: William F. Harvey, Jr., and wife, Gail, Cumberland, MD; his maternal grandmother: Boots Glanville, Clearville, PA; his aunts: Brandi Brown and husband, Jerimiah, Hartfield, VA; and Stephanie McCoy and husband, Adam, Flintstone, MD.  Billy is also survived by his cousins: Hannah and Patrick McCoy; and Abby and Issak Brown; a special great aunt: Connie Hauser, Cumberland, MD; his great grandfather: Ronald Bailey, Cumberland, MD; and a close friend, Josie.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 8:00 P.M., with Deacon Butch Jenkins officiating.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made in Billy’s name to the Fort Hill High School SLE Program, 500 Greenway Avenue, Cumberland, MD 21502.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and send you my sincere condolences. May you find comfort from God's word at Revelation 21:3,4 and John 5:28,29. Heartfelt prayers are with you during this difficult time. 

Bill and Gail, so sorry for your loss. Billy was always so happy when I seen him getting off the school bus and especially at Halloween when he was getting his candy. I loved his woopie cushion costume. If you need anything, you have all of Creek Rd. God Bless your whole family.

I am so sorry for your loss.  My mom, Miss Janet, took care of Bill and Haley when they were small and the daycare kids just loved him.  He lit up a room when he came in and those kids never noticed that he was different he was just one of the kids.  May God give your family comfort during this difficult time.  Prayers

Prayers for your family. I worked with Billy some tome ago. Rmemebwr the smiles that he had on his face and the hoy he brought to our hearts. Dear Jesus, I pray You would give this family peace, strength and draw us closer to You we pray in Jesus name. Amen

So very so very sorry for your loss, there are. I words to heal the pain you feel when you lose a child. May you find comfort somehow knowing he is at peace. I'm always available if you need to vent,

Gail, I'm so sorry for your lost! I know that no words can heal your Broken Heart! Losing a Grandchild is devastating! I know you were very close with Billy as I was with our little angel Macie!
