I have fond memories of Mr. and Mrs. Shryock and their store.  Both were so kind.  How blessed to grow up in a community where you could still go to the country store and the owners knew your name and always had a smile and a kind word.  How beautiful Marie was.  May she rest in peace and find comfort in her new journey.  May Harry, Doris, David and the rest of the family find comfort in this time of need.

Marie will be missed by all who knew her, especially all of us that grew up in Oldtown. She was the sweetest lady and you could always depend on her and Harry to open the store at 2:00 am if you needed anything. I'm sure we all have some great memories. My favorite is when Marie crowned me Fire Queen. Now she is being presented her crown. May you spread those wings and fly high Marie, you were beautiful in person so I can only imaging what a beautiful angel you are now. God Bless Grand Marshall Harry and the rest of the family.

So sorry for your loss. She was a true friend.
